Carolyn J. Echols, 82, of Little Rock, AR. passed away January 17, 2018 in Little Rock, AR. She was born June 17, 1935 to the late Murel and Doris Ballentine Parker. She spent her years working in retail stores: Woolworth, Woolco, Fred's and later as a care giver.

She is survived by 2 children: a daughter, Debbie Bitely; son, Calvin Echols; 2 grandsons, Christopher Bitely and Jamie Bitely; 1 granddaughter, Jennifer Echols; a great grandson, Dakota Gray; a sister, Margaret Passalqua of California and a brother James O. Parker of North Little Rock. Preceded in death by her husband, Eugene C. Echols and a brother, Jerry Parker of Little Rock.

Our thanks to Good Shepherd Nursing Home, the nurses, and aides who helped take care of her while there.

So sorry for your loss. May you find comfort in the words spoken at Revelation 21:3,4
(3) "With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent of God is with mankind, and he will reside with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them. (4)
And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away".

I am so sorry to hear of Carolyn’s passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Reading Rev. 21:3, 4 and John 5:25 have always brought me comfort, and hopefully will do the same for you.
