I didn't know Kristie but I remember her in high school. My daughter went to church with Kristie in Portia, I believe and she said that Kristie was the nicest person. I remember Kristie saying hello to my daughter in the grocery store a lot g time ago. My daughter said " that's the lady from church that I told you about, she is so nice." I can't imagine the lives that Kristie has impacted since then. So sorry for the families loss. Heaven gained a beautiful angel.

I'm so sorry to hear of Kristie’s passing. Loosing a loved one is never easy. I lost my dad in 2010, and my mom in 2012. After my losses, reading Revelation 21:3,4 gave me real comfort. It says: And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. I hope reading these verses also give you comfort during this difficult time. GW

Kristie, I still see you spending time at my house as a teenager. Always friendly and smiling. I've proudly watched you on Facebook and got acquainted with your family even though I never met them. I can only imagine how hard life is for them right now but they will go on with those beautiful memories to sustain them until they join you.
I imagine you are smiling and singing your way around heaven now.
To your parents I say I know your pain. It's unbelievable and unbearable but somehow you will survive it.

Marc,
Don't know if you remember me or not but I worked with Kristie at Ferrellgas. I was stunned to hear the news of her passing. I had the privilege of singing with Kristie on several occasions. She had the most beautiful voice I've ever heard. The voice of an angel. I'm sure she is singing in heaven now. May the Lord comfort your family in this difficult time

Marcus and family-
My prayers are with you all during this time. Thank you so much for sharing your precious Kristie with us here at Pinkston. Her love for God was evident everyday in her love for the students. The impact she had on my life will always be remembered. She carried herself with such joy, and that joy was contagious.

Words cannot express how heart broken we are over your loss. Just from reading all the posts on facebook, we can see what an impact she had on so many. So thankful for the times we were able to sing with The Mashburns--Sherah.

May you find strength and comfort that only can be found by trusting in Him. Keeping you all in our prayers.
