Pete Bell, Jr. 71, Marked Tree, was born March 14, 1946 in Parkin the son of the late Pete and Julie M. Corley Bell. He entered into his eternal rest April 27, 2017 in Jonesboro after a long illness. Pete was a Veteran and Retired proudly from our United States Air Force. He is a Christian and a member of Trinity Baptist Church of Marked Tree. Along with his work for the Kingdom of God in singing at church to promote the Glory of God and bring goodwill to others. Pete was an outdoorsman who loved to hunt, fish, and have his yearly garden. He is survived by his wife, Barbara along with three children; Dale J. Bell and Barbara L. Ledford both of Marked Tree along with Teresa A. Powers ( Christopher ) of Forrest City. Also surviving are seven grandchildren; Natalie Billingsley ( Michael ), Nikita Ledford, Savon Ledford ( Lindsey ), Kathlina D. Bell, Pete James Bell, Zachery Ledford, and Darcie Powers. Pete is survived also by two great-grandchildren, Austin Billingsley and Zyheir Ledford. Five sisters and three brothers also survive. Pete is preceded in death by his parents along with four sisters and one brother.
