Tommy W. Henson, 70, of Vilonia (formerly of Point Cedar), AR, went to be with the Lord Thursday, February 22, 2018. He was born January 26, 1948, in Hot Springs, AR to William and Ruth Massey Henson.
Tommy was a member of the Sweet Home Family Church in Point Cedar. Tommy worked 47 years for Arkansas Rehabilitation Services before retiring. He also enjoyed working on his family farm and taking care of the land and his cattle. Tommy was preceded in death by his parents and his brother-in-law, Mike Martin.
Left to cherish his memory is his loving family, his wife; Donna Spotts Henson, his children; Chris (Ginger) Henson and Tomi Lee Henson (Toby) Meredith; his brother; Jonny (Sherri) Henson; his sister; Janie Henson (Mike) Luten, his grandchildren; Katie, Kristen, Kevin Henson, Dillon and Sydney Meredith. He was the brother-in-law of Debbie Martin, James (Janet) Spotts, Janet (Brad) Curtis and Jean Spotts. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be 3:00 to 5:00 pm, Sunday, February 25, 2018 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Conway. Funeral services will be 1:00 pm, Monday, February 26th in the Chapel at Roller McNutt Funeral Home with interment to follow at Crestlawn Memorial Park in Conway.

Donna. I'm saddened at Tommy's passing. I have good memories of working with him as well as for him in the Sherwood office. I considered him as a good friend. I remember his kindness and his always upbeat attitude. My prayer for you and others in his family is for the comfort only God can proivide. He was a really great guy in my book.

Chris, it will take some time of grieving & adjustment after losing a loving parent. David talked to him Mom on the phone Every day and I know you Talked to Tommy everyday. Tommy Henson was one of the finest men I have ever known. He was kind, caring, and always there to help you if needed. His fairness and understanding made him an awesome boss and friend. I was very lucky to have Tommy as my supervisor. I thought the world of him. Donna, my heart goes out to you and the family. May you find some contentment knowing that Tommy is in God’s hands. Donna, I have known you and Tommy for over 19 years and he has always been a very nice and humble spirit man. When I heard of this news it broke my heart and I felt so humbly sorry for you.
