I am deeply sorry for your families loss. I have personally found comfort in the scriptures such as the one at Revelation 21:4 where we learn that soon suffering, pain and death will be no more. Again, I express my sympathies and hope you find comfort in this message.

So sorry to hear about Fern. I have good memories of her, and they all involve sitting in the kitchen at Alta’s with Jimmy Dean. She loved to keep us on our toes. When I moved to Little Rock years ago, I started running into her from time to time at Kroger and we would “catch up.” Peace and prayers to Joe and Leisha Jo and Shorty and all the family.

Blessed to have her be around our family for many years. She was a sweet lady and love her family immensely. Her and her sisters musical talents blessed many people through the years. Our love for our family extends to our extended families as well. We pray that they will have ease of loss until they come together with MAVIS in heaven with our savior. We love you all Gods Blessings Bob n Ellie

I love you grandma and I am so blessed that Katrina and I got to spend the last two years with you and I many before that! I know it made you so happy to see us together and being with you. You would be so proud of how she has helped us all during this time of grief. I love this poem mom picked out. Our chain is broken and I will work to make sure Katrina and I both will restore the chain one day when we meet you in Heaven. I will miss our talks everyday and you saying goodnight and I love you every night.

The Broken Chain
We little knew that day that God was going to all your name,
In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone,
For part of us went with you, the day God called you home.
You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide,
And though we cannot see you, you are always at our side.
Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.
