Nell Steele, age 94, of Helena, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2018 in Helena. Mrs. Steele was born December 29, 1923 in Marvell, Arkansas to the late Edgar Lee and Leile Demorrett Turner. Mrs. Steele was a homemaker and a member of Twin City Church of Christ.
She is survived by a son, Gene Steele (Terrie) of Fort Myers, Florida; grandson, Rex Jones; three great-grandchildren, Brooke, Luke and Grant Jones; and one sister, Cecil King of Helena.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Hershell Steele; daughter, Janet Jones; and eight brothers and one sister.
A graveside service for Nell Steele will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Cypert Cemetery in Marvell. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m., Saturday at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home.
