Ed Erp, 61 of Magazine, Arkansas passed away on Monday, March 5, 2018 in Magazine. He was born on December 8, 1956 in Fort Smith to his parents, Billy Erp and Carol (Maxwell) Dempsey. He served in the United States Army and was a welder.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Billy Erp and Carol (Maxwell) Dempsey.

He is survived by his wife of twenty one years, Sue (Armer) Erp of Reklaw, Texas; three sons, Lucas Erp of Magazine, Tommy Erp and wife Janna of Lavaca and Adam Erp and wife Amanda of Magazine; two step daughters, Missy Shanklin and husband Matt of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Laura Brooks and husband Joe Bob of Reklaw, Texas; one step son, Jason Harris and wife Nancy of Fayetteville; one sister, Karen Ray and husband Billy of Alma; one brother, Mike Erp of Magazine; eighteen grandchildren, Emma Hastings and husband Austin, Angel Erp, Sydney Erp, Brailey Erp, Kami Erp, Khloe Erp, Breanna Davis, Allie Erp, Carson Erp, Jordan Emmerson, Blake Shanklin, Izzy Shanklin, Destiny Brooks, Dylan Smith and wife Rhiannon, Brandon Tennison, Lucas Brooks, Ryla Harris and one on the way and one on the way and four great grandchildren, Ella Hastings, Ainsley Hastings, Jaxon Smith and Alex Smith.

Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, March 12, 2018 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris. Burial of cremated remains will be held at Bluff View Cemetery in Magazine at a later date, Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris
