September 5, 1931 - April 2, 2018

Mima Rae Bryant, 86 of Van Buren passed away Monday, April 2, 2018 in a local hospital. She was a retired bookkeeper at Haven of Rest Retirement Home in Van Buren. She is preceded in death by her husband, George Bryant; both parents, Horace and Elsie (Jessen) Green; two brothers, J.M. and Billy Green.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, April 7, 2018 at Flatwoods Missionary Baptist Church Mountain View, Arkansas with burial at Flatwoods Cemetery in Mountain View under the direction of Roller Crouch Funeral Home in Mountain View, Arkansas.

She is survived by one daughter, Theresa Halliburton and husband, David of Farmington; one son, Terry Ivy and wife, Robin of Wichita Falls, Texas; four grandchildren, Nikki Wardell of Marietta, Georgia, Cody Ivy of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, Ryan Anderson of Snyder, Oklahoma and Shane Calloway of Van Buren; six great grandchildren.

The family will visit with relatives and friends Friday, April 6, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Roller Crouch Funeral Home 405 S. Peabody Mountain View, Arkansas 72560.

Mima Rae (Green) Bryant was always a wonderful High School Classmate and friend. She was just a normal hard working, friendly, and helpful type of person to all who needed her assistance. She will be missed greatly missed by all who knew and had the privilege of being her school classmate in Mountain View AR., Class of 1049. Bennie and I send our sincere condolences to her Daughter and Son, there will be a large void, knowing she is in a better place and is at peace, trust you will have comfort in knowing just have special she was and still is.

Rae Was a wonderful person and neighbor anyone could ever hope for in a lifetime. She will always hold a special place in our hearts. Prayers for healing and understanding to all of her family at this time.
