Margie Ann Wilson, age 77 of Marshall, Arkansas, a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother was escorted into her eternal home by her loving husband, and numerous family members who were waiting for her on April 2nd, 2017. Margie loved her God and was a devout Christian. She was a woman of strong convictions and didn't mind telling you about them. Margie was born during the Great Depression on August 22nd, 1939 in Corn, Oklahoma. She was one of 14 children born to Sam Koop and Helen Valentine Koop. She lost her mother at a very young age and was predominantly raised by her father, older siblings, and an aunt. In her adult life she was a union meat cutter for Safeway for about 20 years. Margie was a member of the Women's Republican Committee. She was married to the love of her life, Tom Wilson for 27 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband, 11 siblings, and one grandson.
Margie is survived by her two sisters, Alva Maddox of Seymour, Missouri and Della Benge and Charles of Lubbock, TX; her children, Debra Perry of Ft Worth, TX, Roger Tockey and Susan of Burleson, TX, George Tockey and Deb of Hudson Oaks, TX, Janet Tockey and Vernon of Benbrook, TX, Leslie Leake and John of Oxley, AR, Sherri Treat and Skope of Walnut Ridge, AR, Dwane Tockey and Shelly of Ft Worth, TX, Kalen Wilson and Gina of Bentonville, AR; two step daughters, Debra Clemons of Leslie, AR, Ronda Byers and Ron of Oxley, AR; twenty grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Margie will be 2:00 PM Thursday, April 6th, 2017 at East Lawn Freewill Baptist Church in Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. Mark Treadwell officiating. Visitation will be 6:00 till 8:00 PM Wednesday, April 5th, 2017 at Roller-Coffman Chapel in Marshall, Arkansas. Burial will be in Elberta Cemetery near Leslie. Pallbearers will be Woody Holman, Joe Carl Sullivan, Matthew Cole, Eric Clemons, Robert Branscum, and Jerome ''Jug'' Busbee.

There was not a time that when we ran into one another that pure kindness and love would emunate from Margie. Truly, a beautiful person inside and out. She will be greatly missed by many. Thoughts, prayers, and deepest condolences to all the family and friends that she has. May your memories of Margie forever live in your hearts.

My heart and prayers are with all the family. I know Mrs. Wilson was adored by all her children. From what I know of her she deserves a round of applause for what she accomplished her on earth.
