Wanda Sue (Cowell) Haggard, 69 of Ozone, Arkansas passed away on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 in Ozone, Arkansas. She was born on February 1, 1949 in Clarksville, AR. to her parent's Woodrow and Eunice (Tally) Cowell. She worked as a clerk in the US Army and was a devoted homemaker. Wanda was a member of the Extension Homemakers Club of Coal Hill. She enjoyed reading, playing cards with friends, and won first place at Johnson County fair with her quilt. Wanda was a loving momma, grandma and granny.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Woodrow and Eunice Cowell.
Wanda is survived by her husband of 43 years Lawrence Haggard of Ozone; her sons: Andy and Sheena Haggard of Hunt, Lonnie and Jodi Haggard of Ozone, three grandchildren; Rebekah Haggard, Jaelyn Haggard, and Jordan Haggard; three sisters: Eva Dale of Knoxville, Mary Johnson of Knoxville, and Sharon Baney of Oklahoma, one brother Ray Cowell of Hartman.
Visitation will be held at 6:00-8:00 P.M., on Friday, April 20, 2018 at Roller-Cox Funeral Home in Clarksville, Arkansas. Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 A.M, on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Sherman Cemetery with Bro.Thomas Chenowith officiating. Pallbearers will be Andy Haggard, Lonnie Haggard, James Cowell, Carl German, Jessiah Bailey, Jared Turner, Shannon Ragsdale, and John Garrett.

Larry, only knew Wanda for the 8 years I have been in EH but I really enjoyed being around her. We moved here from South Arkansas and I joined the EH club and have really enjoyed being a part of a group of special women. So sorry about her death but at least she did not suffer. If Joe and I can do anything for you just let us know.
